Papua New Guinea Organic Goroka SWP Decaf

A phenomenal coffee with flavors of chocolate and citrus ending with a spicy finish.

This lot is comprised of the coffee from many small farms in Goroka, which is part of the very high altitude Eastern Highland region. Coffee grows between 1700 and 2000 meters above sea level, and the farms are typically less than 1 hectare on average. It was decaffeinated by the folks at Swiss Water Decaf in Vancouver, Canada. Their water-only process method removes 99.9% of the caffeine from coffee without any chemical solvents.
